Search Rescue

Having trained heavily in human (and soon to be cadaver) scent, the Golden has proven to be a calm, methodical and quick-study in this line of work. They bring a new definition to “Service Dog” when it comes to search and rescue. Search and rescue K9’s are often most recognized in the GSD, but many in my organization are taking a second look at the GR. My trainer absolutely loves Jacob’s tranquil disposition, and his ability to conserve his energy for his “work”. After all, a Golden loves to have a job and a purpose.
